Responsibilities:
Manage and be responsive to customer contact and correspondence received via phone, email, web, chat or social media as assigned.
Ensuring all orders received from prior day and before noon on current day are processed and prepared for shipping before shipper (FedEx) arrives for pickup.
Tracking and ensuring all customer shipments arrive on-time as expected; notifying the customer and management of any exceptions and plan of action to resolve.
Monitoring inventory of products and shipping supplies to adequate reserves are on hand to fulfill customer requests and provide input to appropriate personnel when action is needed.
Preparation of reporting related to customer orders, feedback on customer interactions and ensuring everything possible is done to drive revenue growth and ensuring customer happiness.
Serving as an advocate on behalf of customer(s) to identify any internal or external barriers to overall satisfaction within the control of their interactions.
Ensuring a clean and safe working environment; making sure that all appropriate equipment is in proper working order and used correctly.
Utilizing all company systems (e.
g.
CRM, shipping software, issue management, phone and communication systems, etc.
) to ensure company has appropriate records of all customer interactions and actions taken.
Coordination of special orders and returns received from customers; ensure all returns are properly placed back into inventory.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
