Vice President, MCO Solutions (Central)

What Will Your Job Look Like?The VP, MCO Solutions is responsible for the daily operations, regulatory compliance, revenue cycle and customer satisfaction in the Managed Care Organization (MCO) setting.
The VP, MCO Solutions works in collaboration with our Account Executives, Operations, MTM support departments, and Transportation Providers to ensure the most appropriate and cost-effective delivery of transportation services for their assigned plan(s).
The VP, MCO Solutions will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure MTM is fully compliant with contract requirements as well as meeting the financial objectives of the organization.
This role is located in the central region of the country.
What You ll Do:
Provide day-to-day oversight and monitoring to ensure business outcomes and goals are defined and metAccountable for building and leading the account management team Deliver the highest level of customer service, quickly and adeptly solving customer problems and responding with timely and accurate informationDevelop, implement, review and revise policies and procedures for MCO operationsMaintain and drive ongoing relationships and growth with established clientsEnsure and monitor compliance with local, state and federal regulationsUtilize business intuition and experience to anticipate client and industry marketing concerns and proactively address themEnsure all program activities are being performed accurately and consistently to ensure the program s ongoing contractual and institutional complianceIdentify new client opportunities and support Senior Management in sales presentationsManage and maintain existing account/client relationshipsAssist in the development of RFP s and marketing materialsManage ongoing accreditation and quality management programs as required by client contractPlan and implement systems to provide ongoing monitoring of compliance with systems redesign when neededProvide leadership and management of direct and non-direct reportsGain knowledge of and understand all aspects of the Client(s) and the contract(s)Act as a liaison to ensure expectations are met and any requests for information are responded to in a timely mannerTrack and maintain department budget to meet established financial goalsMonitor Client Satisfaction beyond statistical dataOther duties as assignedWhat You ll need:
Bachelor s degreeAt least 8 years previous experience in managing transportation, logistics or fleet management fields6
years experience managing a large team of both direct and indirect reportsExperience managing complex contracts with SLA s and government complianceExperience contracting and negotiationsExperience establishing and managing all aspects of performance managementExperience managing employees at all levels of the organization Even better if you haveMaster s Degree, preferredExperience with Lean processes; Six Sigma Certification preferredExperience working with Medicaid and/or State programs preferredAbility to build and maintain good relationships with community agencies and other critical stakeholders involved in healthcare access issuesKnowledge of Federal, State and local regulations pertaining to Mobile Integrated Health requiredProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications to include Microsoft word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Advanced Excel skills is requiredExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people and job positions requiredMust be easily adaptable to ever changing environment and requirementsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels of the organizationExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsAccount management background preferredExcellent documentation skills requiredProven leadership and communication skills are requiredExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve problemsKnowledge of managed care, quality improvement, contractingAbility to establish and maintain operational structureAbility understand and communicate Company visionStrong business and financial acumenStrong analytical and strategic planning skillsWhat s in it for you:
